Ingredients:
- ½ kg Mutton
- 1 tbsp Kachri powder
- 1 Egg Salt as per taste
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 3 tbsp All purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
Gravy Ingredients:
- 4-5 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 5 tbsp Ketchup
- 5 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- ½ cup Water Fried Mutton
- 1-2 tbsp oil
Directions:
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and saute it.
- Add chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and lemon juice.
- Turn off the flame and cover the lid.
- Let it rest for 2 minutes. (it enhances the flavor).
- Turn on the flame, add black pepper, ketchup, Chili garlic sauce and salt, mix and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add fried mutton and (add water 3-4 tbsp if required) cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Add corn flour and mix it well.
- At last add 1-2 tbsp of oil and cook for a minute.
- Serve.
