The website and webpage www.deenaji.com (“Website”), the Deenaji mobile application (“Deenaji App”) including Android, Blackberry, Windows Phone, iOS etc (together referred to as the “Platform”) are made available by Deenaji Fresh Foods Private Limited. Deenaji Fresh Foods Private Limited has created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy” or “Company Policy”) to demonstrate our company commitment to protecting the information you submit while using our e-Platform. The process in which this information is collected, retained, shared, stored, retrieved and processed by us is addressed in this Policy.
This Policy, incorporates, and include our Terms of Service (“Terms”). Words and phrases not defined in this Policy shall mean the same as provided in the Terms.
By using the Platform (or even just browsing the Platform), you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy or Policy.
- What kind of personal information do we collect from you and when is it collected?

- Information shared during registration and account creation: In order to avail the Products and Offers, you will be required to register as a user using your phone number/email ID. However, for ordering and delivering multiple products on our Deenaji website and app we will be required to provide your name, phone number, email ID, address and pin code.

- Information from visitors and for participation: Visitors to our Platform may choose or be optional to submit their name, email address and/or other information to learn more about our Products, Offers, to take part in a Company sponsored event, or to participate in a survey among other things.

- Personal Information and Financial and KYC Information: Your information including credit/debit card number, UPI ID, billing address, payment instrument details, etc may be collected by RazorPay and will be guided by RazorPay and will be guided by Razorpay privacy Policy where Razorpay assures that your Personal Information will not be made public or sold to any third party
If you create an account to take advantage of the full range of services offered on Deenaji, we ask for and record Personal Information such as your name, email address and mobile number.
Razor pay may collect and store your Sensitive Personal Data or Information (such as any financial information including inter alia credit card, debit card details, bank account and know your customer (“KYC“) documents as per RBI regulations.
The User shall have an option to erase any information provided by the User including Personal Information. If a User opts for the said option of erasure, Deenaji shall delete all stored information of the User from its servers by just mailing to the support ID of Deenaji Fresh Foods Private Limited .

It is important for us that you remain in control of your personal information. If you would like us to modify, delete or withdraw consent regarding the use of any personal information collected about you, please send an email to support@deenaji.com with ‘REMOVE MY DATA’ mentioned in the subject line. However, you may not be able to use our Platform at all after such deletion or withdrawal of consent.

We shall only retain your personal information to facilitate your smooth and uninterrupted use of the Platform. We do not retain your personal information for longer than required for the purpose for which the information may be lawfully used.
- Children’s privacy
Our Platform is not meant to be used by children, and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from persons under the age of 18 (eighteen). If we find out that a child has given us personal information, we will take steps to delete that information and terminate the relevant user account.

We may use the information we collect in connection with your use of Deenaji (including your Personal Information) in order to investigate, enforce, and apply our terms and conditions and Privacy Policy.

Your account is password protected. We use industry standard measures to protect the Personal Information that is stored in our database. We limit the access to your Personal Information to those employees and contractors who need access to perform their job function, such as our customer service personnel. You hereby acknowledge that Deenaji is not responsible for any intercepted information sent via the internet, and you hereby release us from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of intercepted information in any unauthorized manner.
