EASY TO PREPARE:
- Ready steamer with water and grease steaming plate with oil or place pieces of cabbage/banana leaf.
- Place Dim Sum on it and steam for 4 to 5 min.
HOW TO CHECK IF DONE:
- The outer skin to turn translucent
- Poke a toothpick in Dim Sum make sure it is hot enough
Storage:
Refrigerated. Hold to 28°F or less.
