Cheesy Crunch Dim Sum

EASY TO PREPARE: 

1. Ready steamer with water and grease steaming plate with oil or place pieces of cabbage/banana leaf.
2. Place Dim Sum on it and steam for 4 to 5 min.

HOW TO CHECK IF DONE: 

1. The outer skin to turn translucent
2. Poke a toothpick in Dim Sum make sure it is hot enough
